Sales coordinator
Generate leads for the training program through cold calls, emails, and networking.
Schedule and conduct sales calls and meetings and convince for the enrolling process.
• To contact leads and guide the prospects through outbound and inbound calling
• Explain details on the training programs, including features, benefits, and the unique
value proposition tailored to the client’s specific needs.
• Prepare and present customized proposals, including pricing, timelines, and training
outcomes.
• Negotiate contract terms and pricing to close deals while maintaining profitability and
customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers
• Consistently follow up with prospects and clients to maintain engagement and address
any questions or concerns
• Keep records of all sales activities, including calls, meetings, sales, and follow-up actions
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and sales forecasts to the
Manager Training.
• Focus and work on Sales targets
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Performance is evaluated based on the below criteria
➢ Sales achievement against the target
➢ Revenue generated for each batch
➢ Lead conversion rate
➢ Number of calls made in a day
➢ Follow up rate
➢ Sales closing rate
➢ Customer satisfaction score
➢ Response Time for each lead
