Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support the MD's office, coordinate with the Sales Team (including Upcountry Sales), and ensure smooth execution of sales operations. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination, communication, and administrative skills.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare quotations, proposals, and order confirmations.
Coordinate with Design, Production, and Operations to ensure timely deliveries.
Track the sales pipeline and update the MD on progress.
Monitor daily field visits through the Unolo app and support route planning.
Arrange sales samples and marketing materials for client visits.
Follow up with clients for overdue payments and advance payments (Proforma Invoices).
Maintain the Collection Register in coordination with the Accounts team.
Manage the MD's calendar, meetings, and daily schedules.
Organize monthly review meetings and prepare presentations.
Coordinate weekly Upcountry Sales meetings and track action items.
Book travel, accommodation, and itineraries for the MD and the Upcountry Sales team.
Verify travel expense claims and maintain sales documentation.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
3–5 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar coordination role.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience in payment follow-ups, sales coordination, and travel arrangements is preferred.
