Job Summary
Our client company is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell our solar energy solutions. While prior solar industry experience is preferred, we also welcome candidates with proven sales experience from other industries who are eager to build a career in the renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate new business opportunities and identify potential customers.
• Meet clients, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable solar solutions.
• Conduct field visits and client presentations.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate with the technical team for site visits and project execution.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare sales reports and update the CRM regularly.
Candidate Profile
• 1–5 years of experience in field sales, B2B sales, or business development.
• Candidates from Solar, Electrical, HVAC, UPS/Inverter, Battery, Building Materials, Construction, Industrial Equipment, Automation, Telecom, or similar industries are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
• Valid two-wheeler driving licence and willingness to travel across Ernakulam and nearby districts for client meetings.
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
