Sales Executive (Male)
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Identify and pitch to potential B2B or B2C clients through cold calling, door-to-door visits, and field marketing.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
Sales Closures: Conduct product/service demonstrations, negotiate pricing, and successfully close sales deals.
Market Analysis: Keep track of local market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to share with the management team.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all field visits, sales leads, and daily activities in the company reporting format.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience in Field Sales or Outdoor Sales is mandatory.
Education: High School Diploma / Graduate in any stream.
Skills:
Strong negotiation, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Resilience and a positive attitude toward handling rejections.
Travel: Must possess a personal two-wheeler and a valid driving license for daily field travel.
Language: Fluency in malayalam (knowledge of English/Hindi is a plus).
