# Sales Manager – Advertising, Billboard & Signage **Location:** Thiruvananthapuram (Trivandrum) **Job Type:** Full-time ## Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented **Sales Manager** to drive business growth in the advertising, billboard, and signage industry. The ideal candidate should have strong B2B sales experience, excellent client relationship skills, and the ability to generate new business opportunities while achieving sales targets. ## Key Responsibilities * Identify and develop new business opportunities for billboard, signage, branding, and advertising solutions. * Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, retailers, agencies, and commercial establishments. * Conduct client meetings and site visits to understand advertising requirements and recommend suitable solutions. * Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate contracts with prospective clients. * Coordinate with the design, production, and installation teams to ensure timely project execution. * Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while expanding the customer base. * Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities. * Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. ## Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. * 3–5 years of experience in Sales or Business Development, preferably in the advertising, signage, printing, branding, or outdoor media industry. * Strong B2B sales and client acquisition skills. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets. * Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. * Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities. ## Preferred Skills * Experience in the advertising, billboard, signage, or printing industry. * Strong networking and relationship-building abilities. * Good understanding of branding and outdoor advertising solutions. * Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned region.
