# Senior Sales & Marketing Executive **Salary:** ₹4.8 – ₹7.8 LPA ## Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales & Marketing Executive to lead marketing initiatives, drive sales growth, and build strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the residential/commercial construction or interior design industry and possess strong business development and client management skills. ## Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute digital marketing, branding, and lead generation strategies. * Generate qualified enquiries through online and offline marketing activities. * Convert leads into business opportunities and achieve sales targets. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and industry stakeholders. * Conduct client meetings, presentations, and project discussions. * Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and business presentations. * Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction. * Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities. * Support the future development and management of the sales team. * Utilize AI tools and digital platforms to improve marketing effectiveness and sales productivity. ## Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. * Proven experience in sales and marketing within the residential/commercial construction or interior industry. * Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and customer acquisition strategies. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and AI-based productivity tools. * Ability to work independently and achieve business targets. * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. ## Preferred Skills * Experience in handling high-value residential and commercial projects. * Knowledge of CRM systems and sales reporting tools. * Leadership capabilities with potential to build and manage a sales team. ## Industry Construction / Interior Design / Building Solutions ## Employment Type Full-Time
