Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Service Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of home automation and smart home systems. The role requires strong technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and excellent customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, test, and commission home automation systems and smart home solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues at customer sites.
- Perform preventive maintenance and service support for smart home devices and systems.
- Coordinate with customers to ensure timely resolution of service requests.
- Provide product demonstrations and basic user training to clients.
- Prepare service reports and maintain documentation of site visits and service activities.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective technical support and communication.
Requirements
- Diploma or B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, ECE, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in home automation, electrical systems, networking, or technical support.
- Knowledge of smart home systems, IoT devices, CCTV, access control systems, or automation solutions is preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling abilities.
- Willingness to travel for site visits and customer support activities
