Job Description
We are looking for a Service Manager / Service Coordinator to oversee and coordinate daily service operations. The ideal candidate will handle customer service calls, coordinate with technicians, ensure timely follow-ups on service requests, and provide excellent customer support from the office.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage daily service operations.
Receive and attend customer service calls.
Schedule and assign service requests to technicians.
Follow up on pending service requests until completion.
Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain service records, reports, and documentation.
Communicate service updates to customers.
Ensure smooth coordination between customers and the service team.
Requirements
Graduate or Diploma holder.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in service coordination, customer support, or office administration is preferred.
