Site Engineer

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer to manage construction site activities and ensure projects are executed according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Technical Skills Execute site work based on architectural drawings Clearly understand architectural, structural, and MEP drawings Possess strong construction knowledge Perform setting out and levelling at the site Prepare quantity estimation for materials Site Execution Plan and manage daily site activities Supervise labour and subcontractors Ensure work is completed as per approved drawings and standards Coordinate with civil, electrical, and plumbing teams Maintain quality control and construction standards Conduct regular site inspections Implement and monitor site safety procedures Software & Reporting Knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel Maintain proper site documentation and reports Additional Skills Good communication and leadership skills Strong time and project management abilities Basic cost awareness and budgeting knowledge Support billing and estimation processes Knowledge of billing and estimation will be an advantage
