Job Summary:
The Site Supervisor will be responsible for supervising interior fit-out works at project sites, coordinating with labour and vendors, ensuring quality standards, and completing projects within the given timeline.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily interior site activities (civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, painting, etc.)
Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, electricians, and other site workers
Ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications
Monitor project progress and report updates to Project Manager
Maintain site discipline and safety standards
Check material delivery and manage site inventory
Handle client/site engineer communication at site level
Ensure quality control and finishing standards
Solve on-site technical issues promptly
Prepare daily work progress report
Required Qualifications:
Diploma / ITI / Degree in Civil Engineering or Interior related field
2–5 years experience in interior fit-out projects
Good knowledge of interior materials and site execution
Ability to read technical drawings
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp reporting, etc.)
Good communication skills
