Job Title: Site Supervisor (Civil)
Location: Kinfra, Kakkanad
Role Overview:
Responsible for day-to-day supervision of commercial construction activities of an IT building at site, ensuring smooth execution and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor daily site activities and progress
* Handle measurements, basic evaluations, and reporting
* Coordinate and negotiate with vendors, contractors, and other agencies
* Ensure work is executed as per plan and timelines
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year experience in construction site supervision (preferably steel structure projects)
* Willing to be stationed full-time at site
* Male candidates preferred
