Site Supervisor

We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Site Supervisor to oversee daily interior project activities. The candidate will coordinate with workers and contractors, monitor site progress, and ensure that work is completed as per approved drawings, quality standards, and project schedules. Key Responsibilities - Supervise day-to-day interior work at assigned project sites. - Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, painters, plumbers, and other contractors. - Ensure that site work is carried out according to approved drawings and instructions. - Monitor work progress and report delays or site issues to the Project Manager. - Check measurements and ensure materials are used correctly. - Coordinate the delivery and availability of materials required for site work. - Monitor workmanship and ensure quality standards are maintained. - Maintain daily site updates, attendance, and progress records. - Identify site problems and coordinate with the Project Manager for timely solutions. - Ensure that workers follow site safety practices and maintain a clean, organised work area. - Assist with snagging, finishing checks, rectification, and project handover. Requirements - 1–3 years of experience in the interior designing or interior fit-out industry. - Basic knowledge of interior site execution, materials, and finishing works. - Ability to read and understand interior drawings. - Good coordination and communication skills. - Responsible, organised, and able to manage daily site activities. - Willingness to travel to project sites in Trivandrum as required.
