The role involves counselling students, explaining programs, handling admissions, following up on inquiries, and maintaining strong relationships with students throughout the admission process. Key Responsibilities: Counsel students on courses and career opportunities. Handle admission inquiries and guide applicants through the enrollment process. Follow up with prospective students via phone, email, and WhatsApp. Maintain accurate student records and admission documentation. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 1–3 years of experience in student counselling, admissions, or academic advising is preferred. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
