Roles : Technical Head – Solar Location: Mavelipuram, Kakkanad, Kochi, Kerala Industry: Solar Energy & Electrical Engineering Experience: 4+ years for B.E./B.Tech | 5+ years for Diploma holders Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Technical Head – Solar to provide technical guidance and advisory support across sales, project design, installation, and operations & maintenance functions. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of solar and electrical engineering, relevant industry standards, and grid interconnection procedures. Key Responsibilities Provide technical guidance and advisory support to the Sales Team. Support the Projects and Design Team with technical inputs and solutions. Provide technical guidance to Installation and O&M teams. Review and support solar and electrical project designs. Ensure projects follow applicable electrical and solar standards. Guide teams on technical requirements, installation procedures, and troubleshooting. Support grid interconnection and related technical procedures. Ensure compliance with applicable Indian and Kerala-specific electrical and solar regulations. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project execution. Provide technical recommendations for improving project quality and efficiency. Requirements B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or Diploma in Electrical Engineering. 4+ years of experience for B.E./B.Tech candidates or 5+ years for Diploma candidates in the electrical sector. Strong knowledge of solar and electrical systems. Up-to-date knowledge of Indian and Kerala-specific electrical and solar standards. Knowledge of grid interconnection procedures. Excellent interpersonal, advisory, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to coordinate effectively with sales, design, installation, and O&M teams.
