Technical Lead

Job Title: Technical Lead – Interior Design Location: Kochi Salary: ₹30,000 per month Experience: Minimum 2+ years required Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Technical Lead for our Interior Design company in Kochi. The candidate will be responsible for preparing technical documentation, coordinating with clients and execution teams, and ensuring smooth project delivery from design to installation. Key Responsibilities Prepare technical drawings and production drawings for interior projects Create and verify BOQ (Bill of Quantity) and material specifications Generate accurate cutting lists for manufacturing and site execution Coordinate with designers, site supervisors, and carpentry teams Interact with clients to clarify technical requirements and approvals Conduct site measurements and ensure drawing accuracy Monitor project execution and resolve technical issues Ensure quality standards and timely project completion Provide technical guidance to junior designers and site staff Work closely with vendors and production units for material planning Requirements Minimum 2+ years experience in interior design / modular furniture / fit-out industry Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory) Knowledge of materials, hardware, and furniture construction Ability to prepare BOQ, cutting list, and shop drawings independently Good communication and client handling skills Strong problem-solving and coordination ability Diploma / Degree in Interior Design, Civil, Architecture, or related field preferred
