We are looking for a confident and proactive Tele caller Sales Executive to manage our showroom operations. The ideal candidate will have a foundational background in sales and a passion for helping customers find the perfect personalized gifts and corporate awards.
Core Responsibilities
• Consultative Sales: Assist customers in selecting the right products (awards, trophies, corporate gifts) based on their specific events or branding needs.
• Order Coordination: Coordinate with the production team to ensure that custom orders are completed accurately and delivered on time.
• Relationship Management: Build rapport with repeat corporate clients to encourage long-term business.
• Visual Merchandising: Maintain the aesthetic standards of the showroom by ensuring displays are clean, updated, and organized.
• Lead Tracking: Follow up on pending inquiries or quotes sent to potential customers to close sales.
Candidate Requirements
• Experience: Minimum 6 months to 2 year in a showroom or retail sales role.
• Communication: Strong verbal communication in Malayalam; ability to manage basic professional communication in English.
• Soft Skills: High energy, persuasive speaking skills, and a professional appearance.
• Education: Higher Secondary (12th) or Degree.
• Reliability: Ability to handle cash transactions and basic POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately.
