Job Title: Telecaller Location: Vyttila, Kochi Salary: ₹20,000 + Incentives Experience Required: 1–2 Years Preferred Candidate: Female Job Overview: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, engaging with potential customers, and contributing to business growth through effective communication. Key Responsibilities: * Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about products/services * Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information * Maintain a professional and positive communication tone at all times * Generate leads and follow up on prospects * Maintain records of calls and customer interactions in the system * Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets Requirements: * 1 to 2 years of experience in telecalling or a similar role * Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred) * Good communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated * Fluency in Malayalam and basic English (preferred) Benefits: * Attractive incentive structure * Friendly work environment * Growth opportunities within the organization
