Job Description
We are looking for a confident and well-spoken Telecaller to handle inquiry calls and manage leads for our Pre School and Day Care. The candidate will be responsible for calling parents, explaining school services, and converting inquiries into admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Call and follow up with leads provided by the school.
• Explain preschool and daycare programs clearly to parents.
• Maintain proper records of inquiries and follow-ups.
• Convert leads into admissions through effective communication.
• Handle basic customer queries through phone and WhatsApp.
• Coordinate with the office team for admission updates.
Requirements:
• Good communication skills in English (mandatory).
• Confidence in speaking with parents and handling inquiries.
• Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp, Excel, calling apps).
• Experience in telecalling or sales is preferred.
•Self-motivated and target-oriented attitude.
Work Details:

Salary & Benefits:
