Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and communication-oriented Telemarketing Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound calls, generating leads, following up with customers, and supporting the sales team in promoting home automation products and services.
Job Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products/services
• Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
• Follow up with existing and prospective clients
• Maintain customer database and call records
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information
• Candidate with the sales team regarding lead updates and client requirements
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
Requirements:
• 1–2 years of experience in telemarketing / telesales / customer support
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office / Google Sheets
• Ability to handle follow-ups and customer interactions effectively
• Experience in home automation / electronics / technical products is an added advantage
