New Vacancy – Tele Sales Staff Location: Kakkanad, Kochi Salary: ₹20000 – ₹25,000 Job Overview: We are looking for a passionate and target-driven Tele Sales Staff who has basic telephone etiquette and strong interest in sales. The candidate should be confident in handling customers over calls and capable of achieving sales targets. Key Requirements: • 1–4 years of telecalling experience (preferably in travel agencies – outbound sales, lead generation, booking inquiries). • Candidates with insurance or banking telecalling experience will also be considered (strong sales record required). • Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam. • Basic computer knowledge (experience in CRM tools is an added advantage). • Immediate joiners preferred. Responsibilities: • Handle outbound and inbound customer calls professionally • Explain company products and services to customers • Generate leads and follow up with potential clients • Maintain customer relationship and ensure customer satisfaction • Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion • Update customer details and sales reports regularly • Achieve daily and monthly tele sales targets
